Hot Links allow the individual to access the corresponding source page, from abstracts and timelines.By clicking on the references in the hot-linked document, you will obtain the corresponding page in the medical record.
PDF Sorting
We specialize in sorting medical records based on time events (due date), providers and types of services.
- Provider wise – The records are sorted by provider
- Chronological – The entire set of medical records is sorted by date, regardless of provider.
- Record – The entire medical records will be merged and then sorted for each record type i.e.,Consultation Records, Nursing Notes, Discharge summary, Wound Assessment records, etc.
